Project 4: Sculpture

 

As stated above , i was asked to design a sustainable sculpture with a duration of one week. So , i began to look for inspiration. It was hard at first to get an idea of how to do this but then out of the blue , i thought of a turtle. The extinction of turtles is increasing nowadays so we have to prevent it or more like sustain it which i could relate this to my sculpture. 

And thus , this is how my sculpture turned out ~

 

 

Using materials such as foam , plaster of paris and poster colour which had costed me a lot :P i managed to design and construct the sculpture in a exact way i wanted it to be. It took me one whole week to complete until it reached to the point that i had to skip our HBP orientation. Hehe my bad.

But alhamdulillah i received a positive feedback from my studiomaster , Dr.Mazran and my group members. Thanks ! I'm really satisfied with how expressive it turned out to be.
